My practice is rooted in the belief that growth and reflection best take place through a connected, safe and fully supportive relationship. I build these relationships through my compassionate and insightful nature.
I believe that all people have a wired-in capacity to heal emotionally (just as we do for our physical wounds), however, sometimes this capacity gets blocked. While emotions can serve as powerful guides, informing us of our needs and desires, many of us have learned to avoid certain emotions. This can leave us feeling numb, disconnected, anxious or depressed.
Together, we will explore and make sense of overwhelming feelings and experiences. We will also become curious about the origins of your thoughts and emotions to better understand how your past is informing your current functioning. Ultimately you will be able to live a more conscious and meaningful life.
